The website is operated by Martyna Nowak, an independent artist currently based and working in Spain.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with the applicable consumer protection and other mandatory legal provisions.
The website may be freely browsed without creating a user account.
The website and its content are intended for users who are legally capable of entering into contracts.
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse, copy, reproduce or interfere with the website or its content.
The artworks presented on this website are original works created by Martyna Nowak.
Each artwork is handmade and may contain natural variations in texture, brushwork, colour and finish.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on the individual screen or device used to view the website.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, each original artwork is sold as a unique physical artwork.
The prices displayed on the website apply to the artworks offered for sale at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs and any applicable additional charges will be displayed or communicated before the order is completed, as applicable.
An order becomes subject to confirmation once the purchase process has been successfully completed and payment has been received or otherwise authorised.
If an artwork is no longer available or an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred, I will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
Custom artworks are created individually according to the requirements agreed with the customer.
The subject, size, technique, price, estimated completion time and other relevant details may be agreed individually before the work begins.
Because a custom artwork may be made according to the customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised requirements, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply where an applicable legal exception covers the order.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
For standard online purchases, consumers may generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
One relevant exception concerns goods made to order or clearly personalised.
Consumers also retain their mandatory statutory rights concerning goods that are defective or do not conform to the contract.

All artworks, photographs, texts, graphics, videos, logos and other original content published on this website remain protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
Purchasing an original artwork does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the artwork to the buyer.
The buyer may enjoy and display the purchased artwork for personal purposes, but may not reproduce, commercially exploit, distribute or create copies of the artwork without prior written permission, unless otherwise permitted by law.
I make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information presented on the website is accurate and up to date.
However, minor changes in availability, presentation, colours or technical functionality may occur.
