The website is intended for individuals who are of legal age or legally capable of entering into contracts. Visitors may freely browse the website without the need to register or create a user account.
I offer original paintings and custom-made works for sale. All prices listed on the website are gross prices (including VAT, where applicable) and are expressed in euros (EUR). I reserve the right to change prices, update offers, temporarily discontinue products, or modify the details of available works without prior notice.
Purchases made via the website can only be made by payment card (debit or credit). Cash payments are only available at in-person events, such as openings or exhibitions, where I am present in person.
I make every effort to ensure that the photos and descriptions of the paintings are as accurate as possible. Each painting is unique and handcrafted, so subtle differences in texture, shade, and detail may occur, which does not constitute grounds for complaint. I am not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies or force majeure.
All content posted on this website (images, photos, text, graphics, logos) is copyrighted and owned by me. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using it without my express written consent is prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.
I reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of them.
I am not responsible for any errors on the website, interruptions in its operation, temporary unavailability, or for the consequences resulting from the use of information or products available on the website contrary to their intended purpose.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws in force in Spain, under the jurisdiction of the competent local court.
